Avison Construction is seeking bids from qualified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the work including but not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, CAS, Traffic Control, PCMS, clearing & grubbing, sweeping, SWPPP planning and implementation, cold plane asphalt, hydroseeding, HMA, aggregates, striping, signage, markers, rumble strips, electrical, and trucking.
