We are soliciting quotes for the following items of work, including, but not limited to:
CAS/Roadside Signage, Rebar, Fencing, Misc. Metals/Iron & Steel, Underground Pipe Products (HDPE), Trucking, Street Sweeping, Bridge Demo, Clear & Grub, Erosion Control, Ready Mix Concrete, Concrete Pumping, Aggregates Supply including: Class 2, Traffic Control, SWPPP Materials, SWPPP Plan, Welded Steel Pipe, Geotex Materials, Landscaping/Irrigation, Minor Concrete, Shotcrete, Tie Back Anchors, Erect Steel Structures, Underground Utilities, Electrical, Abandon Well, Instrumentation, Welding, Mechanical Equipment (Furnish & Install), Furnish Structural Steel/Bridge, Underground Precast, Precast Buildings, Instrumentation

This project and all project documents are considered security sensitive information. Plans and specs are available for download from our Flatiron Box.com ftp site upon completion, submittal and approval of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as required by the owner Agency of record. Plans and specs are also available for viewing in Flatiron’s Benicia office upon completion of an NDA document. Please call for an appointment to view in our office or to request the NDA form. 100% performance and payment bonds will be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please contact Flatiron for any assistance to this solicitation, including obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies. Provide subcontractor and supplier quotes as early as possible to enable estimators to perform a thorough evaluation of all quotes received. Quotes will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary to facilitate participation. Quotes must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for Contract Award. We are signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Ironworkers, Cement Masons, Carpenters and Pile Drivers Unions. Non-signatory subs will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our union agreements. Flatiron intends to work cooperatively and in good faith with subcontractors and suppliers for all bid items you are licensed and qualified to perform. Bid items can be split to facilitate participation from all certified firms. Flatiron West will reimburse for bond premium up to 2%. Subs must possess current contractor’s license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting our requirements. Waiver of Subrogation is required.
