Engelke Construction, Inc. an equal opportunity employer, is requesting qualified DBE subcontractors, suppliers and trucking firms to submit bids for your trade specialty for the project listed. Your firm must be currently certified as a DBE firm with an agency acceptable to the City of Healdsburg. PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF YOUR CURRENT CERTIFICATION, LICENSE NUMBER, LOCATION OF PLACE OF BUSINESS AND DIR NUMBER WITH YOUR BID. Engelke Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all DBE Subcontractors, Suppliers and trucking firms including, but not limited to: Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Electrical, Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, Street Sweeping, Remove Traffic Striping, Remove Pavement Marker, Concrete, Striping and Marking, Pavement Marker, Etc.

Bids may be faxed to the number listed above or emailed to the estimator listed below. Please make sure that prior to bid time your quotation is received by our company. Scope letters should be submitted minimum the day before the bid date. Bonds may be required: 100% Performance and 100 % Payment for the full amount of subcontractor’s price. Surety companies will have to be approved by Engelke Construction, Inc. Engelke Construction, Inc. may pay up to 1.5 % bond premium. Union signatory is required. Engelke Construction, Inc.’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor's conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor's bid proposal. Quotations must be valid for the same duration and specified by the owner for contract award. Engelke Construction, Inc. is relying on the price submitted in the subcontractor's proposal as all inclusive price for its trade scope contained in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. Plans and specifications may be obtained at our office in Healdsburg or through the City of Healdsburg, local plan rooms, builder's exchanges as well as trade publications such as Daily Pacific Builder or the North Coast Builders Exchange.
