This project includes, but is not limited to the following scopes of work: Exterior saw cutting for new concrete sidewalks, asphalt striping and re-sealing, interior demolition of existing flooring and misc. doors & partitions, replacement of interior carpet, tile, repaint interior rooms and restrooms, replace rooftop a/c units, custom millwork cabinets, interior lighting, fire sprinkler and fire alarm modifications and includes an alternate to replace all door hardware. This is a Prevailing Wage Project.
