Knife River Construction is requesting pricing from DBE subcontractors, suppliers and trucking for the following types of work/bid Items, including but not limited to: Supply and Deliver Asphalt Oil, Portable Changeable Message Boards, Traffic Control, Water Pollution Control Plan, Asphalt Grinder Rental, Planing Asphalt Concrete, Penetration Treatment, Place Hot Mix Asphalt Dike, Geosynthetic Pavement Interlayer, Detectable Warning Surface, Striping, Pavement Markers and Street Sweeper


Requirements: Knife River Construction (KRC) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, insurance and worker’s compensation coverage meeting KRC’s requirements and will be required to sign the standard KRC Subcontract Agreement. Subcontractors must be compliant with SB 854 DIR Public Works Registration. All quotes must be in compliance with project plans and specifications for this specific project. KRC intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.

Contact Knife River Construction for assistance in obtaining bonds, insurance, lines of credit, equipment, supplies, materials or project plans and specifications.
