We would like to receive a bid from your company on this project. Please download attached bid documents for your use.

Project consists of Offsite and Onsite improvements. Scope of work include but not limited to (4) 90’ baseball fields of tornament quality, chainlink fencing/backstops, (2) CMU dugouts, (2) chainlink bullpens, scoreboard, LED sport lighting, concrete seating for 300, (1) CMU announcer’s booth, bleacher seating for 120, shade elements and 204 parking stalls.

RFIs must be submitted by a General Contractor (10) days prior to Bid Opening.

Prevailing Wages are required.

Alternates:
1 - Additional Parking
2 - Maintenance Building and Yard
3 - Concession Building
4 - Batter’s Eye (Fields 2, 3 & 4)
5 - Scoreboards (Fields 2, 3 & 4)
6 - Central Landscaping
7 - Increased Lighting Levels
