Wage rate shall be 90% of 2016 Clark County Prevailing Wage Rates. Please review milestones.

The Construction of a 24,500 sq. ft., 14 Classroom Building Addition and an 11,930 sq.ft.,Multi-Purpose Building of wood construction on a 10-acre existing elementary school site. The project also includes renovation of the existing building, including replacement of the Clock/Intercom System, HVAC, Chiller, installation of the Instructional Wall, modification to ER/TR, LAN Upgrade, Playground and Parking modification, and existing Multi-Purpose Room and Library Space Conversion. The schedule is 215 calendar days.

Deadline for Clarifications Requests is to be announced at a later date.

Subcontractors to provide Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of their contract sum of $250,000 or more.

All proposals shall be valid for 60 days after the official Bid Day. Please include valid State of Nevada Contractors license number and limit on ALL proposals.

All underground trades are required to include cost for CALICHE, hard to very hard, well cemented sand and gravel per the Geotechnical Report.

Please make sure all license numbers are listed on your proposals.
