Project includes but does not limit to with services required:

This project will harden tan plants at two (2) locations in the boroughs of Manhattan and Queens. The work involves construction of a new building surrounding an existing building, fortification of existing buildings, installation of new cladding and rooting,
drainage improvements, door replacements, systems work, and installation of other flood mitigation systems. Existing equipment, ducts, conduits and pipes shall be relocated, modified or replaced as shown on the Contract Drawings. Fortification of existing buildings includes selective demolition work; and construction of new
foundations, cast in place and precast concrete structures, steel framing, and strengthening of existing structural elements. Work also includes conduit sealing in manholes and vaults in Manhattan and Queens.
