ECSource Services (ECS) is soliciting support for the execution of the Southern California Edison West of Devers Upgrade Project. ECS is soliciting support in the following areas: temporary trailers, fencing and facilities: fuel; dust suppression; office supplies and janitorial services; physical security of material yards (24/7, remote locations); vegetation management (certified arborists); and long-term office space. Prospective subcontractors interested in any other portion of the work are strongly encouraged to review the bid documents and prepare a proposal.
