Small Business Utilization Notice California High Speed Rail Authority (CHSRA)

FS First Group is preparing a proposal to provide Early Train Operator Services for the California High Speed Rail Authority (RFP No. 16-13) and would like to solicit expressions of interest in Small, Disadvantaged, Disabled-Veteran and Micro-businesses (duly certified) to provide a number of services associated with consulting, planning, financing, management and operation for a new high-speed rail line connecting Silicon Valley to the Central Valley.
