Proposals are requested by Friday, August 11, 2017 by 9 AM. If you are interested in providing a proposal, please reply to this invitation with a brief e-mail acknowledgement to restaite@aol.com. The Phase I project includes, but is not limited to: demolition and earthwork, boat launch ramp and boarding float in accordance with Division of Boating and Waterways guidelines, asphalt concrete paved approach area with sidewalk, utility improvements and shore protection. The estimated work window for this project is September 1 – October 15 (permits should be forthcoming for confirmation). This is a Public Works Project. Prevailing Wage is required (CA Prevailing Wage or Davis Bacon if Federal Funding – whichever is higher). Certified payroll is required. Request for Liquidated damage amounts have been requested in an RFI. DIR registration is required for all subcontractors. Please submit your DBE certification number along with your quote.

• Earthwork & Paving Contractor
• Landscaping Contractor
• Site Preparation Contractor
• Plumbing Contractor
• Reinforcing Steel Contractor
• Pavement Marking
• Land Surveyor
• Trucking/Hauling
