Prime Contractor, CALTEC Corporation, is seeking proposals from Disadvantage Business Enterprises with a valid Contractor’s State License number and Department of Industrial Relations registration number to subcontract to perform any of the following trades:

Demolition, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Hydraulic Cement Underlayment, Metal Framing, Modular Building Access, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Polymer Based Exterior Insulation & Finish Systems (EIFS), Fluid-Applied Membrane Air Barriers, Joint Sealants, Hollow Metal Frames, Wood Doors, Aluminum Framed Entrance and Storefronts, Door Hardware, Glazing, Moisture Vapor Emission Control, Gypsum Board, Acoustical Panel Ceilings, Resilient Base and Accessories, Resilient Tile Flooring, Painting, Signage, Unit Kitchen Equipment, Fire Protection, Commissioning, Plumbing, Heating-Ventilating-And-Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, Communications, Electronic Safety and Security, Chainlink Fences and Gates.

furnish certificate of public liability insurance, workmen's compensation, and such other insurance as will protect him or her from claims from damages and from personal injury, including death, which may arise from operation under the contract, whether such operations be by themselves or anyone directly or indirectly employed by either of them; and the certificates of such insurance will be filed at the time of execution of contract; and such coverage shall be subject to approval by the City for adequacy of protection.
