Demolition of existing 6-story and 2-story brick buildings and the New Construction of New Multi-Sports and Activities Building, One Level Subterranean Parking, with a Double Court Basketball Gymnasium, Outdoor Theater, Community Room, Entry Courtyard, Entry Lobby, Storage, and Utility Spaces
Location: 249 SOUTH LOS ANGELES ST., LOS ANGELES CA 90012

Walton Construction Services plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and MBE/WBE firms for participation in the Budokan project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and MBE/WBE certification. This project is a California Commercial and Davis Bacon prevailing wage job.

All subcontractor bids must be received by no later than Tuesday, August 22, 2017, 12:00pm.
