The Project plans and contract book may be obtained free of charge from the City’s website http://www.sanleandro.org/depts/finance/purchasing/bids.
PSEC is willing to breakout any portion of work to encourage Local Business participation and solicit their subcontractor or materials and/or suppliers and trucking quotation as well as increase the expectations of meeting the City of San Leandro’s Local Business Participation Goal.
