Seeking subcontractors and vendors (especially DVBE, MBE, WBE, and SBE) for all scope specified in the bid documents. California Military Department’s Consolidated Headquarters Complex (CHQC) in Rancho Cordova, CA is on a 31-acre site located at 10601 Bear Hollow Drive. The CHQC will consist of multiple structures: headquarters office building, readiness center, warehouse, emergency operations center, badging center & access control point and associated support buildings & utilities. Design criteria includes: Zero Net Energy (ZNE) and LEED Gold, site access/ badging and a controlled perimeter, AT/FP standoff distances and plan for future 6,000gsf multi-tenant retail build-out. Total GSF to range from 285,000 to 295,000.
