CAS/Roadway Signs, Bridge Demo, Clear & Grub, Erosion Control, Landscape/Irrigation, AC Paving, Cold Plane AC, CIDH, Joint Seal Assembly, PT, Rebar, Shotcrete, Soil Nail Walls, Tie Back Anchors, Erect Steel Structures, Overhead Signs, Painting/Concrete Signs, AC Dike and Curbs, Underground Utilities, Fencing, Metal Railing, MBGR, Bridge Concrete Barrier, Roadway Concrete Barrier, Striping, Electrical, Minor Concrete, Pavement Fabric, Grind PCC Pavement, Saw & seal PCC, PCC Paving, PCC Demo, Remove and Replace Rapid Set Concrete, Furnish/Erect Precast Girders, Asphalt Membrane Waterproofing, Aggregates, Ready Mix, Concrete Pumping, Steel Pipe Pile, Underground Pipe Products, Misc. Iron & Steel, Misc. Metals, Trucking, HazMat Trucking, SWPPP Plan, SWPPP Materials, Lead Compliance Plan, Geotex Materials, Paving Oil, Bridge Bearings, Underground Precast, Street Sweeping, Traffic Control, Vibration Monitoring, Survey, Quality Control Testing and Noise Monitoring

100% performance/payment bonds will be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Contact Flatiron for assistance to this solicitation, including obtaining bonding, insurance, equipment, materials and/or supplies. Provide sub/supplier quotes as early as possible to enable estimators to perform a thorough evaluation of all quotes received. Quotes will be broken down into comparable packages as reasonably necessary to facilitate participation. Quotes must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for Contract Award. We are signatory to Operators, Laborers, Ironworkers, Cement Masons, Carpenters and Pile Drivers Unions. Non-signatory subs will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our union agreements. Flatiron intends to work cooperatively with subs/suppliers for all bid items you are licensed and qualified to perform. Bid items can be split to facilitate participation from all certified firms. Flatiron West will reimburse for bond premium up to 2%. Firms must possess & provide current contractor’s license # & DIR # on the quote. Firms must possess insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting project requirements. Waiver of Subrogation is required. Contact Flatiron for any assistance required by your firm.
