MEB General Contractors, Inc. is currently soliciting quotes from interested MBE/WBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Enhanced biosolids Reuse and Reduction project located in Mount Crawford, VA. on September 26, 2017.

The work generally consists of the construction of a biosolids dryer facility, upgrades to the biosolids dewatering system, a heat recovery system, upgrades to the biosolids storage pavilion and related work. The biosolids dryer system equipment was pre-selected by HRRSA through its RFP No. HRRSA-2017-02 and the awarded contractor of this ITB EBBR construction contract shall be entirely responsible for all aspects of the selected biosolids dryer system including procuring, furnishing, storing, installing, coordination, start-up, etc. in identical fashion as for all other items contained in this ITB.

If the bonding, letter of credit or insurance requirements set forth in the bid documents would otherwise prevent you from soliciting a quote please contact us and we will discuss ways that we may be able to help you meet these requirements. Likewise, if you are discouraged from submitting a quote on this project because you think you may have trouble obtaining the necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any other related assistance or services that may be necessary to complete the work, please contact us and we will discuss ways that we may be able to help you overcome these obstacles.
