Kleinfelder is seeking interested DBE subconsultants/subcontractors for portions of work for the above listed Request for Statement of Qualifications and Proposal (RFQ/RFP), which includes the following services:
- Source inspection services, in compliance with applicable with Caltrans requirements
- Certified Welding Inspector(s), Level II & III (ASNT/AWS/CWI)
- NACE Protective Coating Specialists, Level II

The District has established a DBE contract participation goal of 13% for this project/contract. Kleinfelder has a history of offering opportunities to DBEs as subconsultants/subcontractors on local projects. We recognize the importance of these programs and we fully support the District’s efforts.

In order for us to fully evaluate your qualifications, Kleinfelder encourages all interested DBEs to provide the materials listed below by 5:00 PM Friday, September 15, 2017, to Kleinfelder at (emailed preferred):

Firms considered for further evaluation will be issued a separate request for specific information required for the proposal upon receipt of the information requested above.

Kleinfelder is also willing to assist DBE subconsultants with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services, excluding supplies and equipment the DBE subcontractor purchases or leases from the prime contractor or its affiliate, should they be needed.
