Description: This contract is to modify existing structural steel girders at two (2) locations within the current Hyatt property area to create more headroom and thereby increase pedestrian flow as part of station expansion and improvements at the existing mezzanine level at the Lexington Avenue (IRT) Subway Line in Grand Central Station. This contract includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing walls, slab and concrete encasement; installation of temporary support steel; load transfer by jacking onto the temporary support steel; installation of new permanent support steel.

MAIN TRADES: Civil, Structural, Demolition, CPM Scheduling, Special Inspections and Testing, Monitoring Instrumentation, Ready Mix Concrete, Rebar and Rebar Installation, Structural Steel, Intumescent Fireproofing, Division 12-type Hazardous Materials, Removal & Disposal of Lead Containing Materials, Dumpsters, MPT Materials, Photography, Field Office Supplies and Computers, Electrical Subcontractors.

Please provide a price proposal to Furnish/Install or Supply your scope or supply of work including but not limited to work and jobsite delivery; all in accordance with and conforming to the project contract documents and additional requirements necessary to complete the work as specified herein. The referenced work scope shall also be performed to comply with the requirements of the project schedule, Milestones, including work staging and phasing, work restrictions and constraints, site access conditions and be coordinated with all other aspects of the project.
