(IWS) seeks DBE, MBE, WBE, DVBE, SBE and other qualified vendors and subcontractors for all materials and services for the project including: civil/earthwork, concrete, asphalt, fencing, electrical, precast structures, coatings, landscaping, erosion control, traffic control, trucking, aggregate, piping, demolition, and all other related materials and services.
