The work to be performed on this project includes a remodel and room addition to the Fire Training Center, located at 633 N. Mojave Rd. Addition is 1,070 square feet to the existing 9,260 square foot facility consisting of concrete masonry unit and metal stud walls with plywood web joists, 5/8" plywood roof sheathing and thermoplastic olefin (TPO) membrane roof. Includes Cadet lockers, Cadre lockers, Cadre turnout lockers, men’s and women’s restroom shower and dressing facilities. Site work is minimal as the expansion extends into the existing asphalt parking stalls.

Please note the 2 Alternates:
1) Remove and replace existing operational partition.
2) Remove and replace existing windows on the Northern edge of the building.

All work must be Prevailing Wage rates!

All pricing must be held for a minimum of 90 days to allow the owner to make their decision.
