Michels Pipe Services/a div of Michels Corporation is seeking MBE/SBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the City of West Allis, Wisconsin “2017 Project No. 24”, Project. We are soliciting quotes for the following: Traffic Control, Bypass Pumping, Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & Televising of Existing Pipe, Excavation, Manhole Lining, Grouting, and all applicable items not listed.
