Tutor Perini Corporation, an EEO Employer, is currently soliciting cost proposals from Qualified and Certified DBE subcontractors / vendors / service providers, for Contract CS086, TUNNEL SYSTEMS PACKAGE 2 – SIGNAL INSTALLATION FOR THE EAST SIDE ACCESS PROJECT IN BOROUGHS OF MANHATTAN, NY in the Borough of Client: MTA. Bid Date: October 17, 2017. ALL QUOTATIONS ARE DUE BY COB FRIDAY, October 13, 2017. The scope of the Contract Work is summarized as follows:

1. Installation of the ESA Tunnel Signal system. Some elements of the ESA Tunnel Signal system will be fabricated by the VS086 Contractor and furnished by the MTA for the Work of this Contract in accordance with Specification Section 01640.
2. Interim Maintenance of ESA Tunnel Signal system
a. Perform service and maintenance of the systems and equipment installed under this Contract in accordance with the requirements of Specification Section 01830.
3. System Testing
a. Perform testing of the ESA Tunnel Signal system throughout the Project alignment.
b. Provide support for system integration and integrated systems testing performed by the Adjacent Contractors.
4. Temporary Construction Services and Facilities
a. Design, provide, install, operate, maintain, and remove temporary construction services and facilities as necessary to support the Work of this Contract and as
required by Specification Section 01520.
