Vila Construction Co. is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers for the the Walters Junior High School – New Buildings Project. The project includes the following scope: Selective demolition of hardscape and construction of (2) two-story classroom structures and (1) one-story classroom structure, including associated civil, site improvements, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, landscaping, fire protection, elevators, and restrooms as indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Generally, these categories of work involve new finishes, adaptive re-use and modification of certain selected areas, new cabinetry, handicap accessibility, and roofing. The Project will involve the barricading of work areas as shown on the plans/specs.

Please include in your proposal the costs for the following insurance requirements by Vila Construction Co. Do not exclude these in your bid – your bid may be rejected if our insurance requirements are excluded:
• Waiver of Subrogation for Worker’s Compensation.
• Additional Insured Endorsement for General Liability - Form CG20101185 or its equivalent.
