Preston Pipelines, Inc. is soliciting quotations from, but not limited to, certified Small, Minority and Women Business Enterprises Subcontractors and Suppliers, for the Jackson Valley Irrigation District Phase #2 Treated Water System Project for the following scopes of work: Traffic Control, Erosion Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Temporary Fencing & Signage, Shoring & Bracing, SWPPP, Grading & Paving, Hydroseeding, Electrical & Controls, Steel Tank, Trucking, Aggregate Materials and Pipe Materials.

The plans and specifications are available for review in our West Sacramento office, at local builder’s exchanges offices and/or websites or from Jackson Valley Irrigation District (fee required).

Subcontractors/Suppliers must possess current insurance meeting Preston Pipelines' and the Owner's requirements as stated in the project specifications. Subcontractors/Suppliers will be required to sign Preston Pipelines' Standard Subcontractor Agreement or Purchase Order. Quotes must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner.
