The City of Anaheim is seeking a consultant to provide professional engineering services for the La Palma & Richfield Storm Drain Extension and Storm Water Infiltration Project. The Project will be designed to convey, and infiltrate as much as sixty-seven (67) acre-feet per year of dry weather urban runoff and the “first flush” of storm water from fifty-two (52) acres of the La Palma Avenue and Richfield Road neighborhood to reduce pollutant discharges to the Santa Ana River. This project will install a minimum of one thousand, three hundred fifty (1,350) lineal feet of reinforced concrete storm water conveyance system and connecting it to the existing Orange County Water District’s Foster Huckleberry Recharge Basin.
