Scope of work consists of providing an elevator and staircase at 86th Street Station. Rehabilitating stairs and construction of storage, employee locker rooms and lighting rooms. Rehabilitation existing stairs and modifying agent booth to provide ADA Compliance

Services required but not limited to:

Painting, Electric, Plumbing, HVAC, Ceramic Tile, Misc. Metals, Structural Steel, Demolition, Concrete, Rebar, Scheduling, Photos, Survey, Masonry, Glazing QAQC Inspections, Safety.
