The construction of a park and ride lot, with lighting, a drainage
system with sand filter basins, and landscaping. More specifically,
the work for the park and ride project includes, but is not limited to,
excavation and fill, grading, construction of curb and gutter, storm
drain system, percolation sand filter basins, sidewalks, access
ramps, staircase, retaining walls, AC pavement, safety fencing,
bicycle lockers, electrical system and lighting, landscape and
irrigation system, signing and striping, and construction survey.
