This project is a new 2 story classroom building and is a Multi-Prime project. We are looking for quotes from qualified subcontractors to bid on several packages. Package #1 for temporary facilities and controls, Package #4 for concrete, asphalt, masonry.
Package #13 for doors, hardware, Hydraulic Bi Fold Doors, Glazing, Window coverings, signage.
Package #14 for metal stud/drywall, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, siding, flashing, gypsum board, and plaster.
Package #15 for Casework, FRP, Tiling, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Epoxy flooring, Tackable wall coverings, painting, Toilet accessories, Visual Display Boards, Metal Shelving, and a Hydraulic Elevator.
Prevailing wage and DIR registration is required for this project.
