Future DB is requesting bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers including DVBE’s for the following items of work, including but not limited to: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL, PCMS, SWPPP, STORM WATER SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS DAY, MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT (TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL), DRAINAGE INLET PROTECTION, TEMPORARY FIBER ROLL, TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE, FENCING, ROCK BLANKET, LANDSCAPING, IRRIGATION.

Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance coverage meeting the requirements and will be required to sign a subcontract agreement. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required.
