Kiewit Infrastructure Co. is actively soliciting quotations for Materials, Contractors, Supplies and Services for the Project:

Contract: Rehabilitation and Repair of Structural Components - Mission Critical Ellis Island Bridge; and Rehabilitation of Current Paved Areas at the North End of Ellis Island Bridge

Scope Letter Due – 12/11/17; Final Price Due – 12/18/17

Work Includes: Replace Vehicular Deck System, Replace Walkway Decking,Replace Timber Curbs,Replace Deck Joints,Repair Steel at Bents,Replace Lateral Braces,Clean and Paint Structural Steel,Install Fiberglass Jacket on Auxiliary Pile at Bent,Reset Truss Pins and Replace Cotter Pins, Replace Bearing Dust Covers,Install Guide Rail at East Approach,Traffic Signal System Removal,Bridge Lighting System Modification

Drawings & Specifications rnContract documents, including plans & specifications are listed in our Online Plan room and are provided as a courtesy to the Bidder. The files can be viewed and downloaded. The Bidder will be required to quote in compliance with all project plans and specifications. Non-Disclosure Agreements are provided when applicable. Addenda is posted and a notification is sent to all invited bidders. rnrnInsurance RequirementsrnUpon award, Subcontractors must provide insurance in accordance with our subcontract agreement. A copy of the subcontractor agreement can be found in SmartBidNet Project Plan Room. rnrnBonding RequirementsrnFor subcontracts the Bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds equal to the full subcontract price. For Material Contracts, the Bidder shall furnish Supply Bonds in amount equal to full Material Contract price. Bond premiums are reimbursable by Kiewit/Mass. Electric Construction Co.
