ALL TRADES. NEW CONSTRUCTION.
Due to some budgeting issues, this project is being re-bid in an attempt to lower the overall costs. The online plan room now includes Addendum C which includes all the information you should need to re-bid the project. Addendum C has three folders: Plans, Project Manual and Supplemental VE Drawings. Please review the documents in all three folders completely before submitting your final numbers.

MBE / WBE / SECTION 3, LBE, SLBE subcontractors and suppliers for New Construction of 37,500 sqft, 4-story wood-framed building at 1860 Trinity Ave., Walnut Creek, St. Paul’s Commons Apartments, mixed use building consisting of 47 low income and affordable studio and one-bedroom apartments over a 7,000 Sq. Ft. Community Facility.

Bids are now due on Thursday, January 18th, 2018 at 2:00 PM.

There are THREE DISTINCT AREAS in the project that require your bids to be segregated for accounting purposes. Please review Appendix K for details. Most bids will have three (3) numbers. One for Housing, one for Trinity Center and one for Church Community Center.


THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT Subject to:

Contra Costa County Section 3 Plan, HUD Form 4010 Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages. Certified Payroll Reporting is required.

This project is partially funded by the Contra Costa County HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME) program, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program, and Contra Costa County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
