Work of the project includes HVAC equipment, direct digital controls (DDC) and LED lighting. Other items involve removing the existing classroom unit ventilators and replacing with furnace units and fabric ductwork; removing and replacing the existing roofing system below the existing mechanical support frame and chase; removing and replacing the existing rooftop condensing units; adding economizers to the units at the portable buildings; removing the existing boiler units; retrofitting the existing lighting fixtures for Prop 39; removing and replacing the existing kitchen fume hood; CMU crack repair/rehabilitation; and other work as shown in the documents as required for a complete and operational project.

The Project shall be governed by a Project Labor Agreement ("PLA"). The successful Contractor
(and all Subcontractors) will be required to execute an "Agreement to be Bound", whereby
Contractor and Subcontractors agree to conform to all terms and conditions set forth in the PLA.
