Michels Corporation is seeking DBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for Caltrans, CA "For Construction On State Highway In Placer County", Contract No. 03-3E0504. We are soliciting quotes for the following: Traffic Control, Sanitary Sewer Cleaning & CCTV Inspection, Bypass Pumping, Excavation, Portable Changeable Message Signs, Fencing, Clearing & Grubbing, Erosion Control, Concrete (Ditch Lining), Rock Stain/Rock Slope Protection, and all applicable items not listed.
