We will make efforts to assist interested DBE firms in obtaining specifications and plans, technical assistance, bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials, or related services/supplies. Performance & Payment bonds with a surety company, subject to the approval of Disney Construction, Inc., are required of subcontractors. Disney will reimburse bond premium up to 1 1/2%. Every Subcontractor is required to be registered with the State DIR to perform public work. Disney Construction is signatory with Operating Engineers, Carpenters, and Laborers and will required its subcontractors to be signatory or sign a one time project agreement.
