Subcontractors and suppliers are advised to submit their quotes 3 working day prior to the Prime's bid due date for evaluation and completion of all necessary forms to submit with our bid. Plans and specifications are available for review from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday at our office located at 4150 Long Beach Blvd., Long Beach, CA 90802.
