The Project will consist of the Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of a new Metrorail Station. The station will include a new entry pavilion for the platforms with an architecturally sloped roofing system and glass curtainwall system. The station also includes 1 new pedestrian bridge with stainless steel mesh guardrails with access from a new Park area. The trades involved on this project include: Sitework, Retaining Walls and Utilities, Piles and Caissons, Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, Architectural Metals and Glass, Concrete, Masonry and Stonework, Carpentry, Waterproofing and Roofing, Trackwork, Elevators, Escalators, Architectural Finishes, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Site Furnishings, Landscaping and other trades normally present in this type of Project.

Halmar International LLC on behalf of Potomac Yard Constructors a Joint Venture, comprised of Halmar International and Schiavone Construction Corp., is requesting bids from Vendors and Subcontractors for the Design/Build Construction of the New Potomac Yard Metrorail Station in Alexandria, VA. Plans and Specifications will be made available to all interested WMATA certified DBE firms upon request.
