This project is the Modernization of Mission Middle School. It includes Abatement, demo of existing buildings down to the studs and rebuilding.
This is a phased project with three phase's starting in March 2018 and ending July 2020.
There will be replacement of parking areas and upgrades to the running track and field to be worked on during the summer months of 2018 and 2019.
All trades are needed from abatement and demo, Landscaping, to window coverings, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, etc.
All MEP contractors must be pre-qualified with the school district. See the bid documents for information on prequalifications.

Subcontractor shall include bond cost on subcontractor's proposal sheet. Failure of subcontractor to provide bond cost or bond rate shall be construed to mean that bond is included in subcontractor's proposal.
