The Dorothy Day phase renovation project of an 8 story, 100 unit affordable living apartment building, with the ground floor comprised of common areas, offices, and support services. Project is to be completed as a phased occupied rehab. The scope of work includes window replacement, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevator work and security components throughout the building, along with accessibility and life safety improvements. Divisions: Selective Demo, concrete, metals, wood and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, plumbing, electrical, electronic safety, earthwork, exterior improvement.
