The project includes the construction of bulb-outs, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, sidewalk widening, installation of storm drain and irrigation systems, planting of new trees, upgrade of traffic signals at Peralta St/7th and Wood St/7th intersections, reducing of 4-lane facility to 2 lane facility with parking and bike lanes on both sides of the street, installation of new pedestrian lights, bike racks, trash receptacles and other street furnishings, relocation of street lights, pavement grinding, and repaving roadway.

At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required as a subcontract condition.
