BISHOP STREET STUDIOS - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PRE-BID JOB WALKS -
PRE-BID JOB WALKS WITH J. W. DESIGN WILL BE HELD AT THE SITE ON FEBRUARY 13'TH AND 14'TH [TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY] FROM 10:30 AM TO 12:00 NOON. PLEASE BRING: 1. NIOSH RATED P100 DUST MASK. 2. HARD HAT AND WORK BOOTS. 3. FLASHLIGHT.

W/M/WBE's are strongly encouraged to participate with this Request for Proposal.

Proposals are due February 20, 12:00 pm. Low income housing construction for The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo: Remodel of existing Masonry Building and new Conventional Construction apartments including considerable site and underground utility work.

This is not a Prevailing Wage project.

Anticipated project start of construction is April 2, 2018, project duration of 14 months. All applicable trades requested. Plans, exhibits and other information can be found at:

Please note:
1. You must use the BSS Cost Estimate spreadsheet in your proposal, this template is found in the online 'Files/Plan Room'
2. Existing structure will require lead and asbestos abatement.
3. Exhibit B - Insurance Requirements: $2,000,000 combined single limit for each occurrence.
4. Note Section 3 in the Invitation for Bid, compliance with HUD low income individuals requirements for new hires.
