Knife River Construction is requesting pricing from DBE subcontractors, suppliers and trucking for the following types of work/bid Items, including but not limited to: Supply and Deliver Asphalt Oil, Traffic Control System, PCMS, Storm Water Pollution Control Plan, Water Pollution Control, Plane AC Pavement, Striping and Signage, Adjust Frame and Cover, Concrete, Clearing & Grubbing, Shoulder Backing, Driveways, Fog Seal Coat, Crack Treatment, Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A), Paving Fabric, and Pavement Markers.

Requirements: Knife River Construction (KRC) is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting KRC's requirements and will be required to sign the standard KRC Subcontract Agreement. Subcontractors must be compliant with SB 854 DIR Public Works Registration. All quotes must be in compliance with project plans and specifications for this specific project. KRC intends to work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking work on this project.
