This project consists of grading the project area to the lines and grades specified in the contract documents. This includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, construction of cell dikes and construction of dike access roads; installation and testing of a new impermeable synthetic liner within proposed Secondary Cell No. 2; construction and installation of flow control structures for existing and proposed cells; construction of intercell piping as specified by the plans; installation of a new Trojan UV Disinfection System and associated building and piping; seeding the project area and reclamation of off-site disturbance; and fencing the proposed lagoon cell and providing appropriate signage.We are seeking Certified DBE (MBE/WBE/SBE/SBRA)subs and suppliers for, but not limited to, the following: Masonry, Seeding, Landscaping, PVC Pipe & Appurtenance Supplier, Sign Fabrication, Manholes, Aggregates, Fencing, Electrical, Framing, Roofing, Painting, HVAC, Concrete Structures. All DBEs will need to submit a copy of their Certification with their quote. Please provide quotes no later than 4:00 PM Montana local time on Friday, February 23, 2018. Downing is an EOE.
