Structural Welding of Spillway Superstructure (Fill in missing welds; Cut out improper filler bar material and replace with acceptable material and weld; Provide full penetration welds); Corrosion repair on gates using welded steel plates to cover areas too large for epoxy filler; Remove fiberglass disc and weld repair hole; Drill 4"Dia Holes in Rib Plate of Rolling Gate; Replace all nuts, bolts, and washers with Type 304 stainless steel, include stainless steel washers with nylon backing on both sides of bracket; Replace Clamp Bar with Stainless Steel Plate 3/4" x 3"; Replace the J-Bulb Seal at Bottom
and Sides of Roller Gates and Stop Log gate (56'@8 gates, 60' for stop log); Power wash the beams located directly under the deck; Structural welding of corrosion Protection Brackets.
