BRCO is seeking DVBE trades to include demo (w/asbestos abatement), concrete, metals, wood, plastics and composites, thermal and moisture protection, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

The Project will include approximately forty thousand square feet of buildings, including the modernization of interiors in all spaces, and the reconstruction of restrooms andrnoffice spaces. It is anticipated that construction will start on or about June 4, 2018. The Work must berncompleted by August 3, 2018. See the Lease-Leaseback Agreement and other Contract Documents for additional details.

The District has retained DLR Group of Sacramento, California, as its architect for the Project. DSA approval of the plans and specifications for the Project is anticipated to be issued late January, 2018. The plans and specifications may be obtained by going to www.earc.rncom/ca/sacramento, click on the Order from PlanWell link, click the "Go" button next to the public plan room and search for the project. The architect for this project is Mary Ruppenthal at DLR Group mruppenthal@dlrgroup.com.
