This project is the installation of approximately 5,500 feet of 8-inch watermain and appurtenances, etc. MKD Construction is actively looking for DBE Subcontractors and Suppliers for the following:

SWPPP, Erosion Control, Traffic Control, Trucking, Paving (Asphalt Concrete, Slurry), Pavement Striping, Signage, Safety Equipment (Trenching & Shoring) and Waterline, meters, Valves & Appurtenances.

Plans may be obtained via free electronic download by emailing EngineeringBids@ntpud.org and requesting plans. They are also available at Sierra Contractors Source (775) 329-7222 or call MKD Construction (775) 246-1900 or email us at mkd2@att.net.

MKD Construction is happy to assist interested DBEs in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance, and any technical assistance of information related to or obtaining plans, specifications and requirements for the work which is provided to DBEs. MKD Construction will also assist interested DBEs in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related assistance or services, excluding supplies and equipment the DBE subcontractor purchases or leases from us.
