Harmony Healthcare IT is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified LBE firms, for the following items of work, to perform Legacy Data Transformation Functional and Services Requirements. Subcontractors are expected to fulfill the following: (1) Data mining, validation and transformation of data from legacy systems ; (2) Reading and interpret clinical, laboratory, pharmacy and non-clinical data contained within EHRs and clinical systems; (3) Use a software (Conversion Engine/Framework) platform consisting of features and functionality that must: a. Extract historical data from sources EHRs , b. Profile data, , c. Transform data, d. Validate data, e. Transmission/Loading of data.

Subcontractors must be Local Business Enterprise ("LBE"), in accordance to Chapter 14B: Local Business Enterprise Utilization and Non-Discrimination in Contraction Ordinance. Harmony Healthcare IT is willing to discuss breaking down bid items into economically feasible units for minority participation. Reasonable market rates for services are expected. Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued. Our estimating department is available for assistance with equipment, supplies and/or materials. The Small Business Administration (www.sba.gov), the California Dept. of General Services (www.dgs.ca.gov) and U.S. Dept. of Transportation Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (www.osdbu.dot.gov ) may also be able to offer financial assistance and/or information regarding insurance and bonding. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Harmony Healthcare IT's requirements and will be required to sign the standard Harmony Healthcare IT Subcontract Agreement. Plans and specifications can be viewed at Harmony Healthcare IT's office Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or can be e-mailed upon request, including a complete listing of all services that may be required or desired. Information on the RFP is also available for viewing on the San Francisco Department of Health website (https://www.sfdph.org/dph/default.asp). References are required.
