Improvements shall consist of those items of work listed in the Proposal and as shown on the
accompanying Plans. The Contractor shall perform all labor, and furnish all materials,
equipment and incidentals required to make each item complete. Work shall include, but not
be limited to:

1. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures.
2. Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures.
3. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary flow diversion.
4. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions, clearing and grubbing, and
earthwork operations.
5. Construct drainage system including sewer pipes, manholes, cleanouts, and inlets
using open cut and trenchless methods.
6. Rehabilitate sewer pipes using open cut, pipe bursting, and cured-in-place-pipe
(CIPP) construction methods.
7. Construct roadway improvements including cold planning, aggregate base, MHMAC
and concrete wearing surface, and concrete curb and sidewalk.
8. Perform all necessary surface restoration, including paved and unpaved areas.
