Jett Industries, Inc. is actively soliciting quotations for the Pleasantville Alum Plant Chemical Addition Facility in Pleasantville, New York. We will be bidding the project which has a combined goal of 20% MBE and WBE participation. The project bids on March 27, 2018. Please submit your detailed scopes by March 20, 2018 and Final Quotes on March 23, 2018 by 12:00. rnrnThe work under contract CAT-213F-G shall include, but not limited to, the following summary of work:rnConstruction of new chemical addition facility structure, improvements on existing roadway and site surrounding new chemical addition facility and the alum plant, improvements to existing secondary containment are and installation of new secondary containment area, installation of new chemical fill cabinet for tanker truck chemical deliveries, site improvements and expansion, installation of new 6-inch potable water main, meter pit and associated backflow preventer, installation of new FRP bulk chemical tanks, chemical feed equipment, piping, and associated equipment for new sodium bisulfate and aluminum sulfate chemical systems, installation of new motive water pumps, installation of new sampling pump, installation of process piping and supports, installation of backflow preventer, installation of HVAC Equipment, additional of two new taps, construction of new chemical diffuser header piping, installation of new chemical diffuser piping, testing and commissioning of new chemical system, integration and implementation of control strategies, maintenance of the existing alum plant and protection of catskill aqueduct water during construction, installation of new temporary office facilities. rn rnContract documents can be obtained by contacting Selena Blake at (607) 433-2100, or by email at SBlake@JettIndustries.com.rnrn
