Wickman Development and Construction is seeking DVBE participation from Subcontractors and Suppliers for Frank McCoppin Elementary School Existing Retaining Wall Rehabilitation Project located at 651 6th Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94118. The work includes but is not limited to the repair and reinforcing of the existing concrete retaining wall which runs East - West along the North property line of the McCoppin Elementary School. The work includes the removal and put back of the existing exterior electrical switch-gear along with the coordination of a power generator, the installation of a new fence and the restoration of site work as shown on the documents. The Estimated construction value of the work is $850,000 USD.



Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
